Advancing healthcare with heart Job Summary Dual Sensor (DSS) Program Manager Terumo Medical Corporation (TMC) Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) North America (NA) will work with key business stakeholders in NA, TIS Marketing, and Terumo Corporation (TC) Marketing to develop and implement strategies to build commercial demand for the cardiology portfolio, along with Supply Chain to provide these products to our customer base in a reliable and compliant manner. Dual Sensor (DSS) Program Manager will work closely with NA Marketing, Sales, Field Clinical, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain and TC teams to understand the established business and leverage this experience and infrastructure as we construct the North American program. Dual Sensor (DSS) Program Manager shall develop and manage the supporting budget requirements and resource plans, while providing routine updates to Executive Leadership and global partners. Job Details/Responsibilities Understand the existing technology and fit in the clinical care pathway. Working with reimbursement specialists, develop a reimbursement strategy consistent with clinical value, while considering ASP and HCP economics. Provide subject matter expertise regarding applicable regulations associated with the distribution and use of intravascular imaging technology. Partner with critical stakeholders to: Establish a multi-year strategic plan, resource plan and supporting budget for the NA DSS business, driving program goals and objectives. Identify and establish additional skills and capabilities needed to ensure commercialization success. Manage and support identified synergies, opportunities, and objectives with global alignment. Engage in early-stage preparation activities, including establishing the budget reviews and project planning to ensure work stream alignment with the strategy. Identify program risks and mitigation solutions. Lead/participate in functional resource planning/utilization discussions. Develop and manage timelines, schedules, and resource allocation. Facilitate cross functional work group meetings. Prepare and present status report to Leadership. Follow and maintain company's integration work stream and project management program. Day-to-day oversight of integration work streams and the associated plans and deliverables. Drive project plans with clear goals, operating mechanisms, and regular updates to stakeholders. Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, Finance and Accounting, Tax, and other cross-functional teams through each phase. Apply subject matter expertise to solve routine and complex business issues within established guidelines, seeking approval as needed, and implementing appropriate alternatives. Develop and track key performance indicators to quantify business impact and support business decisions. Coordinate SME consultant contracts and manage the relationships, scope of work and data outputs, integrating their insights into the business models and GTM plans. Manage several integration projects streams simultaneously. Communicate project priority and set project task priority for related teams. Prepare appropriate documentation to close out integration project streams and facilitate effective hand-offs. Participate in the continuous improvement of integration processes and best practices. Capture, record and apply lessons learned. Job Responsibilities (continued) Working Conditions/Physical Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) Excellent Project Management skills (planning, scheduling, budgeting, work breakdown structure, critical path etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage up, down and across the organizational structures. Experience coordinating project teams, sometimes global, demonstrating an understanding of the nuances of working with and managing global/multicultural teams. Thorough understanding of intravascular imaging industry, product space and supply chain. Qualifications/ Background Experiences B.S. degree. Master's degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 15 plus years of overall experience to include: Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in the Catheterization Lab. Familiarity with Product Development, Quality/Regulatory Management, Commercial Operations, & Supply Chain roles in the commercialization process. Minimum of 7 years of customer-facing activity and demonstrated success with the commercialization of "new technologies" in the market.
