The Senior Major & Strategic Account Executive - (EHR Account and Relationship Manager) plays a key leadership role in supporting CE's direct relationships with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) clients and is responsible for maintaining and expanding the use of CE solutions and supporting care delivery workflow optimization. This role requires an elevated approach and expertise in care delivery workflow inside and outside the walls of care and networking in the healthcare market. Job Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Health Administration, or related preferred, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree or equivalent experience recommended. Experience: Primary point of contact and face of CE products to EMR customers and prospects. Internal subject matter expert on assigned EHR(s) workflow access for CE solutions and work to optimize that access. Develop and execute assigned EMR account(s) strategy in alignment with Provider Segment and CE goals. Responsible for contract knowledge, developing and executing client negotiation strategy, and positioning CE for optimal retention and growth. Communicate product value proposition and solution concepts with clients in regular strategy updates and proposals. Identify and develop individual upsell/cross-sell opportunities and improve overall pipeline efforts across Provider by improving CE portfolio functionality within assigned accounts. Coordinate closely with Customer Success and other functional teams, leading internal, cross-team efforts relating to CE product renewals and expansion. Identify and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Ensure long term revenue security by establishing renewal timelines/milestones with clients, and serve as escalation point to address key customer issues to mitigate risk both internally and externally. Identify and validate customer needs; champion internally with product, and other functional teams. Accelerate stuck or at-risk deals through contracting/legal expertise, obtain final signature and finalize orders. Preferred Experience: 5+ years' experience in Account Management or other equivalent experience. 5+ years' experience in the Healthcare Industry with demonstrated knowledge of EMRs and care delivery workflow preferred. Proven ability to quickly establish rapport with all levels of personnel up to and including C-suite executives. Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: Excellent analytical skills; proficient in Excel. Effective time management, organizational and prioritization skills. Exceptional communication (verbal/written), listening and presentation skills. Excellent administrative skills and sales process compliance. Travel: Ability to travel up to 10%. #J-18808-Ljbffr
