POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for:*Following a rotation schedule to deep clean residents' rooms, which includes stripping, waxing, and buffing floors*Maintaining floors in all common areas, including dining room, lounges, and gyms.*Inventory cleaning solutions, wax, stripping/buffing pads, etc., and notify the supervisor of items and quantities to be ordered.*Maintain equipment and notify the supervisor when repairs need to be made.*Attention to detail *Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
