MDM SaaS Engineer Location: Philadelphia, PA Key Responsibilities: MDM Implementation: Lead the configuration, deployment, and management of Informatica MDM SaaS solutions, ensuring optimal integration with other cloud-based platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, etc.). Data Governance: Define and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure the quality and consistency of master data across systems. Data Integration: Collaborate with ETL developers and integration teams to establish seamless data flows between the MDM system and various enterprise applications. MDM Automation: Drive the automation of data mastering processes using MDM SaaS capabilities, including API integrations and real-time data synchronization. Master Data Management: Manage the consolidation, deduplication, and enrichment of master data entities, including customers, products. Match and Merge tunning & survivorship and Trust settings. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support for MDM issues, monitor performance, and troubleshoot system errors or integration failures. Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and IT teams to align MDM initiatives with business goals and ensure data accuracy. Compliance & Security: Ensure MDM implementations comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and maintain high security standards for cloud-based data management. Required Skills: Informatica MDM Expertise: Strong experience with Informatica MDM, including SaaS deployments , cloud integration, and API management. Data Integration: Experience with ETL tools and data integration between MDM systems and other business applications (e.g., Salesforce, ERP, CRM) (IICS) Data Quality Management: Expertise in data profiling, validation, cleansing, and Business validations. Hierarchy Management: Deep understanding of data hierarchies (e.g., customer, product, organizational hierarchies) and experience building and managing them within MDM systems. Business Acumen: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and align MDM initiatives with business objectives. Technical Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve system and data issues. Data Enrichment: - Any experience with 3rd Party data integrations (DaaS) to enrich the data for better quality. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience with Informatica MDM or other Master Data Management solutions. Experience working in a cloud environment (MDM SaaS) with data integration tools like Informatica Cloud, IICS, or similar. Strong understanding of data governance principles and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, or Java is a plus. Experience in the product domain is a good to have P360 SaaS, as it adds value in understanding and managing product-related master data. Salary Range: $128,500.00 - $214,300.00 This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
