The Rewinder Operator is responsible for setting up and operating the Rotoflex Rewinder to rewind, inspect, and finish labels per work instructions. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and safety. Monitor Rotoflex Rewinder during operation to identify any issues or malfunctions. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Package finished products according to specifications. Adhere to CGMP and ISO guidelines. Use hand tolls and equipment to assemble components as needed. Keeps work areas clear and organized; maintains housekeeping standards. Qualifications Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of rewinder experience required. Strong mechanical aptitude required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance. Regularly exposed to noise, dust, odors, and oils. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines related to operating machinery. Why work with us?
