Act as a liaison between business, legal, finance and other departments to assist with identifying and resolving issues associated with transactions and projects. Promote tax department efficiencies by implementing process improvements and technology solutions to add value and reduce risk in the compliance, accounting, and forecasting area. Oversee income tax forecasting processes to support tax planning initiatives and tax accounting Oversee income and indirect tax compliance processes, including coordination with third party service providers, to ensure timely and accurate tax filings globally. Develop and maintain tax processes ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance. Perform research on various tax issues including US federal, state and international tax. qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 10 years' experience in public accounting and industry.
