We are looking to welcome a Director, Finance to our Senior Leadership Team as part of our larger Business Operations organization. You will be responsible for leading the annual strategic and operations planning; KPI identification, development, implementation, and reporting; and quarterly forecasting inclusive of analyzing inputs and consolidating data to provide metrics driving insight and business narratives. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders but maintain an objective mind in evaluating their performance as a group. This role will play a critical role in the implementation of program finance initiatives to include process/procedure development, system assessments/implementation/maintenance. The position reports to RSI's CFO/COO. Expectations of this role: Manage the Finance Team composed of Financial Analysts while also partnering closely with the Accounting Manager and Accounting team Partner with and continually support other areas in the company to include Solutions, Product Development, Sales, and Operations Responsible for leading the transformation and implementation of the program finance initiative to include processes/procedures, metrics, reporting, EACs and other items as identified Develop and analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast Ad-hoc business performance reporting Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments Work with banks, private equity group Mature business intelligence tool and dashboard reports (Cognos) Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis M&A support Experience working with all levels of staff, including executive management Support proposal efforts as needed Lead and participate in process improvement events Other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field 10+ years of relevant business operations, finance, and accounting experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity Experience working in a private equity environment Experience with Deltek (Costpoint) Earned Value Management/Program Finance background Highly proficient in Excel Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Project accounting Immediate authorization to work in the US Preferred Experience, Skills, and Competencies: MBA Experience with TM1/Focuspoint Accounting systems experience strongly preferred Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. RSI determines pay range based upon numerous compensation factors, including experience, skill set, and geographic location.
