This opportunity comes with a competitive salary ranging from $30.00 to $41.00 per hour, complemented by an extensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) with matching, and more, all available after just a 90-day probation period.Job Summary:As an A&P Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the airworthiness of our client's fleet of aircraft. Your responsibilities will involve performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, conducting inspections, and completing repairs in compliance with all regulatory requirements and company procedures.Responsibilities:- Collaborate effectively with team members- Communicate clearly and proficiently- Interpret and apply technical data- Ensure work areas are organized and clean- Demonstrate flexibility in working various shiftsQualifications:- Airframe & Powerplant license required- Minimum 3 years of recent GA experience as a certificated A&P- Experience with Piper aircraft and G1000 is preferred- Proficient in making airworthiness decisions- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and maintenance softwareEquipment & Safety:- Proficiency in using general office equipment- Comfortable working with various tools and shop equipment- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in different environments- Commitment to safety protocols and proceduresJoin our client's team and benefit from a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a range of employee benefits.
