Job Description: The Wealth Business Management Lead is responsible for overseeing operational readiness and governance for the digital investments business, audits, and financials related to critical and complex wealth initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of Investment product management and its integration with digital and wealth initiatives to ensure successful execution of projects. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are essential to influence and guide stakeholders effectively. Understanding of investments and the wealth business is crucial to navigate projects through necessary processes. Strong commercial acumen is key, as decisions directly impact business outcomes. The role involves frequent internal negotiation at senior levels across Risk, Legal, Control and Service, and at times, managing relationships with external vendors. The ideal candidate will actively drive program management transformation, advising leadership on improving initiative delivery. Responsibilities Lead both technical and non-technical cross-franchise initiatives and programs from conception through completion Manage operational readiness initiatives, governance reviews and monitor program management Partner across the organization to develop executable strategies, ensuring compliant and smooth delivery by leading day to day engagement with cross functional teams Oversee weekly program updates and stand-up meetings to address issues, manage risks and drive execution Own development process to track and drive resolution of client issues, breaks or defects across digital and business operations, using insights to inform priorities and identify sales and service training opportunities Provide analysis and oversight of critical business milestone reporting and various executive, client and management reporting processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and accuracy. Work with the team and respective decision management leaders on the communication strategy (e.g. town halls, new hire events) for the department and facilitate the development of communication materials, business cases, and presentations for senior management. Drive the implementation of process improvement and efficiencies for digital investing products and capabilities in collaboration with key stakeholder (Ops, Servicing and Marketing) Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. Qualifications: 10+ years experience in project administration/program management Experience in operational and processes administration Able to create support across a wide range of stakeholders through well-developed interpersonal and influencing capabilities including Control, Legal, AML and Compliance partners Proven strategic thinking and analytic skills coupled with financial acumen. Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals and drive results with a high sense of urgency. Experience rolling out initiatives to clients and internal stakeholders including sales and service enablement preferred Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management. Passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission oriented, and self-directed. Able to translate data and metrics from across different constituencies to create clear and concise executive presentation materials.
