Crown Worldwide Group are currently recruiting for a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join their fast-paced Records Management Digital Services team. Where you will be based This role will be based at our Enfield site. What is a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to us? You will be responsible for working with our teams to understand customer requirements and provide solutions based on Crown's portfolio of Digital Services and products, with a primary focus on selling scanning, digitisation, information management and hosting services. Your knowledge will be key to supporting our customer engagements across the sales cycle. The role combines technical knowledge and business skills to support our sales team and other colleagues in finding practical, technology driven solutions for our customers and prospects. What you will do Support the sales and development of scanning and hosting solutions and ongoing services as customers continue their digital transformation journey with Crown. Support the sales cycle of our digital solutions and services by providing specialist technical knowledge, matching customer requirements to proposed solutions and customizing scanning and other solutions to meet specific needs. Create and deliver solution demonstrations as needed, based on our core software and service capabilities this includes technical presentations that solution features to customers and prospects. Build a close rapport with our customers and prospects providing an essential point of communication between the client and Account Managers or service providers. Work with our partners to ensure our solutions continually offer best of breed capabilities to our customers. Support Head of consulting in all aspects of go to market, solution design and implementation planning. Be aware of the relevant compliance standards that apply to a scanning and hosting business such as ISO 9001, 27001, BS1008 and support their understanding and enforcement. Support the sales cycle and sales teams by providing answers to customer RFP questions including compliance, performance, security and technical, this includes DPIA and contractual agreements and negotiations. Customer support: Helping customers solve problems with our scanning services and providing post-sales support. Sales strategy: Developing sales strategies and maintaining an understanding of customer requirements and industry trends. This will ensure we have the right products and services to align with our customer's digital evolution. Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, solution proposals and sales collateral. Use your knowledge to rapidly qualify every opportunity to support the Salesperson's win strategy and ensure we can always answer the question "˜Why Crown' at every stage. About you To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a pre-sales or operational role in a business that undertakes significant scanning and digitisation activity inclusive of software demonstrations and professional services content. You will have knowledge and experience in the complete sales cycle and scanning hardware, ideally IBML and Kodak. You will be familiar with Content Services, Document Management and ECM solutions including M-Files, and similar offerings. You will be solution focused with good problem solving abilities and excellent presentation and communication skills.
