Job Description Summary This Role will be responsible for leading all aspects of environment, health and safety (EHS) & Sustainability program implementation, compliance and risk mitigation at Global Sites Located in USA, Europe & Asia. The role will be working as focal point between Enterprise & Global Site Level EHS Teams. The Ideal Candidate would be Individuals with expertise in a specific area, such as industrial hygiene, injury & illness, ergonomics, electrical safety, process safety management, etc. and/or providing general health & safety advice and support for multiple sites or a region. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Responsibility to drive EHS excellence culture at various sites to ensure Safety 1st. Support the operations with the Global systems to address EHS concerns & audits. Support sites in implementing GE's global EHS expectations & Frame Work Provide leadership and guidance to fulfil GE EHS management system. Ensure site EHS compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements. Develop proactive EHS programs to maintain a safe work environment. Work with Site Levels Teams to achieve sustainable EHS culture with EHS goals and measurements. Provide leadership & Technical Expertise on all EHS related issues. Develop & Implement programs to prevent occupational hazards. Ensure compliance with all the regulatory (EHS) requirements applicable to a manufacturing industry in diverse Geography Act as an immediate contact for Site EHS Leads, concerning environmental, health and safety related needs, issues etc. Lead Global Team and ensure Recording, Reporting and Investigation of Incidents with the root cause identification and closure. Develop & Sustain Programs to impart EHS Training at all levels and periodic assessment of its effective ness. Maintain knowledge of existing and proposed regulations and advise management of the impact to the business. Responsible for Leading & Developing Global Team and Talent Management Required Qualifications Bachelor Degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS excellence culture at various sites to ensure Safety 1st.
