Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/18/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made. Cleveland Clinic- Lutheran Hospital - Med/Surg Tele RN Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED. *TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Charge RN refs accepted!
