About the Role This role would be responsible for the following: Schedule transport for inbound goods and outbound goods. Maintain expectable level of raw materials to meet forecast requirements. Receipting raw materials (JDE, receipt of purchase orders). Finished goods pallet transfers off Brunswick site. Weekly cycle counts on raw materials and bulk cheese stocks, maintaining export housekeeping standards. Pallet control for the Brunswick site, monthly stock takes. Scheduling whey volumes and transfers (dangerous goods compliance). Ordering site chemical requirements (site stock control), receipting, and issuing chemicals JDE (dangerous goods compliance). Raising purchase orders for staff and site amenities, receiving stock and invoices (stock control of amenities). Assist with site environmental licence, monitor and sampling. Scheduling waste control bins, recycling, and general waste. What are we looking for? The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal skills; experience in a previous logistics/scheduling/co-ordination role would be preferred. An ability to think outside the box and make things happen. An understanding of Quality requirements. Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, the ability to manage resources and adapt plans to achieve the desired outcome within agreed timeframes. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. A working knowledge of the JDE system would be an advantage.
