Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThis is a full-time, direct placement role at Monona Plumbing & Fire Protection.For over 40 years, Monona Plumbing & Fire Protection has served organizations and families in southern Wisconsin with plumbing and fire protection services that are customer-focused and build enduring relationships. With our dedicated and experienced team of 130 and growing employees, we are seeking new opportunities to serve our community with the same customer-centric and value-based approach that fueled our growth from inception.Our established and reputable organization is seeking an experienced business development professional to join our team and accelerate our planned short and long-term growth objectives. The Business Development Manager will be accountable for establishing new B2B relationships and growth of top strategic accounts and will occupy a key position, reporting directly to the company's COO.Duties & AccountabilitiesEstablish New Accounts:Identify and engage prospective clients in alignment with Monona PFP's target market.Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients.Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.Grow Key Existing Accounts:Collaborate with department managers to identify opportunities within existing accounts and grow revenues.Develop and execute strategies to grow revenues from key existing accounts.Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales campaigns and achieve revenue targets. Salary Description $90,000 - $100,000
