Job Description The Global PMO Supervisor supports project and program management for the integrated Global Finance Modernization program to drive orderly and timely project execution and delivery. The Global PMO Supervisor will be responsible for supporting key PMO processes, including development of the integrated project/work plan, managing program and project interdependencies, coordinating resources and key PMO meetings, tracking and reporting risks and issues and supporting weekly status reporting across all workstreams and adjacent programs. Responsibilities: Work with Global PMO Lead to support development of the program and project strategy, approach, workstreams and overall structure and timeline for key initiatives Proactively identify and report risk and issues, and engage the right parties to mitigate risk and resolve issues Support program governance and project status forums, including managing logistics and ensuring all parties are apprised of actions and decisions Actively monitor cross-workstream and program-wide dependencies Help with implementation and reinforcement of project management methodology including, Project Change Control and Performance Management, Project Risk and Issue Management, and adherence to PMO Standards, Processes, and Tools Provide project workplan management support, keeping track of plans, staffing, quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies Track and monitor project metrics and reporting Coordinate and engage with key cross-workstream internal partners to streamline interactions while maintaining line of sight to dependencies required for success Build program-relevant communication materials, including Leadership updates on program status, key announcements, onboarding and offboarding materials Qualifications: 2-4 years of prior program and project management experience supporting large scale, global integrated transformation programs Experience developing and managing project management processes such as multi-team project plans, risks and issues logs, change control processes, status reporting and resource management Strong experience using project management tools (waterfall and agile) to implement and reinforce project management methodology Strong ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership and commitment to the program Additional Information McDonald's is an equal opportunity employer committed to the diversity of our workforce.
