Company paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Optional Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Supplemental Medical insurance, Pet Insurance, and ID & Legal Shield 401k with company match Paid vacation time and major holidays Compensation: $20-$35 per hour based on experience with opportunities for additional $$$Responsibilities: Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing fixtures and systems Determine source of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean Respond to emergency situations, make recommendations and perform required repairs Submit proper documentation of the work performed Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations. Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and : At least 5 years of experience in plumbing ranging from drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repair/replacement, etc. Journeyman license preferred but not required Experience in wells, well pumps, and whole house filtration a plus Must have the ability to troubleshoot, identify and correct drain and plumbing issues Knowledge of video inspection, line locating, and hydro-jetting Ability to prioritize work and work under sensitive time restraints Valid drivers' license and insurable driving record Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes Knowledge of the hazards and safety precaution
