About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Banker to join our team at Banner Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of personal reliability and punctuality.Assist clients in achieving their financial goals by actively referring Bank products and services.Sell Bank products and services via in-person and telephone conversations, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible solutions for their financial needs.Requirements3 or more months of job-related experience, including cash handling, client service, and sales.Previous Teller experience is preferred, but not required.Strong organizational skills, basic math skills, negotiation skills, and problem-solving skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills, with proper phone and email etiquette.Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with excellent customer service skills.What We OfferTargeted starting hourly range: $18+hour, based on prehensive employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, and life insurance.Paid vacation time, sick time, and 11 company-paid holidays.401(k) with up to 4% match.Tuition reimbursement.How to ApplyPlease complete a simple application and answer a few questions.
