The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for providing effective customer service to all prospective tenants, current tenants and property staff by utilizing in-depth knowledge of the property and its functions. This position is also responsible for assisting property staff with the planning and implementation of resident activities and promoting a quality living experience for all residents. Scope of Responsibilities: Coordinate on-going resident community engagement activities which could include programs such as BINGO, Bean Bag Toss, Putting Tournament, Continental Breakfasts, etc. Assist and participate in the planning and execution of resident retention events. Promote resident leadership and community engagement among residents. Assist in procuring groups, organizations and individuals to perform for or instruct the residents as part of the Activity Program. Assist with office administration tasks, when needed, which include: the daily opening and closing procedures of the office, answering phones, managing office related vendor relationships, overseeing general office and property appearance, addressing office maintenance needs and maintaining accurate office records. Prepare and organize activities calendar every month. Picks up trash on the property and in common areas, which includes but is not limited to the driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, exterior hallways, and any public areas. Ensures dumpster area is emptied and kept clean. Performs minor work orders as needed. Assume other duties and responsibilities as required. Specific Knowledge and Skills: Exceptional customer service, administrative, prioritization and task management skills. Strong organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, passionate about quality. Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external clients at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective decision-making skills and ability to perform under deadline pressure. Solid work ethic with a professional and proactive approach to work; Self-motivated, positive, confident and committed, adhere to company policies and guidelines. Ability to successfully and professionally manage multiple tasks, priorities and changes. Bilingual is preferred Customer service experience of 3 years. Knowledge of apartment management preferred. Can do positive friendly, and helpful attitude a must-have. Knowledge of Yardi software preferred.
