Oversees a single medium sized project or multiple smaller projects. Mentor less senior staff. Manage multiple Field EngineersForemen on multiple smaller projects. Evaluate Field EngineerForeman and craft employees performance and identify training needs. Perform all duties of the Field EngineerForeman should project size, budget, or staffing limitations exist.What You Need for this PositionRequirements 3+ years of supervising Commercial Projects in Healthcare, Multifamily or Senior Living Experience running a project from $5M - $35M+ Ability to drive and have a license Willingness to travel when required.
