Project Engineer (Construction) Direct Hire Crest Hill, IL $75-85K yrlyThe ideal candidate will be responsible for designing the layout of heavy construction rental equipment on new and existing buildings. The designer will be responsible for all phases of the design, from coordinating with customers, retrieving customers drawings, analyzing appropriate logistics for the equipment, generating AutoCAD layout drawings, working with third party engineers to certify, stamp and seal drawings and calculations, and working with various authorities to ensure permits are acquired. ResponsibilitiesAcquire and Maintain familiarity with different models and construction methods ofequipment rental fleetEnsure design is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlinesResponsible for coordination with customers, permitting authorities and operations teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience2-5 years of experience ain design, drafting and high-rise construction Strong experience in AutoCad, Solidworks and Microsoft Office SuiteConstruction industry experience preferred
