Our Boston based marketing technology company is looking for a hands on Graphic Designer with 3+ years' experience to join the marketing and creative team; you'll partner closely with members of the to work on existing templates for the site. Proficiency with Figma required as well as B2B experience, ideally in the tech industry. What you'll do:Work on existing templates in Figma and populate boxes and textWork across multiple creative and marketing departments to continuously improve our websiteDrive concepts that meet and beat the brief. Then articulate and sell these concepts to the Creative Director, Design Director, and marketing teamOwn the brand voice and be a visionary for our brand. Shape, evolve, and protect our brand voice and visual identity across all platformsWork closely with copywriters to find the best solutionCollaborate with other teams, key stakeholders, and team members including developersPerform site optimization for speed and scalabilityKnowledge in website testing requiredWho you are:You've got experience 3+ years of graphic design, ideally in tech and with a focus on B2BYou have experience with Sketch, Invision, Figma, and Adobe Products. (Must be very comfortable with Figma.)You are a conceptual thinker who can run with a project from start to finish, and you can meet a tight deadlineYou have some ad agency andor in-house agency experienceYou've got a strong portfolio. It shows a diversity of ideas and problem-solving across digital platformsYou're a skilled communicator and presenter. You can take complex problems and lay out solutions that are simple and compelling. You can communicate your strategic and creative vision to internal and external partnersYou have a solid understanding of responsive websites, have some knowledge of CSS and HTML, and have some working of CMSYou are versed in working with frontend and backend developersYou have experience in and knowledge of UXUI andor collaborating with UX teams
