Global Market Loan Operations Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC Pay: $ 30.23/hr Shift: Mon - Fri, 8a-5p - Hybrid Main point of contact for requests relating to the administration of large corporate credits held by the Global Credit (GC) loan trading desk. Global Market Loan Operations provides settlements and services for secondary loan trade closings relating to corporate investor clients. Responsibilities for this Global Market Loan Operations Specialist position include but are not limited to: Validation of loan documentation for accurate trade settlements Validation of loan commitments, interest payments, and fee payments Manage periodic rate changes, rate rollovers, advances, collateral, invoicing, repayments, and other loan agreement inquiries Report Monitoring and reconciliations Train the team on various procedures, policies, and processes Provide supervisory oversight on our various processes Input wire instructions while attending to dual controls Analysis and resolution of operational problems Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives Breaks investigation and resolution Education/Certificates required: Bachelors degree Qualifications for this Global Market Loan Operations Specialist position: Proficient with MS Office Suite Advanced communications skills Risk minded - able to identify issues and escalate as needed Ability to work well under pressure Solid organizational and time management skills Pay Details: $30.23 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
