Tax Manager/Senior Manager - Real Estate

A professional services firm in New York City is currently seeking an experienced Tax professional to join their staff as their new Tax Manager / Senior Manager. In this role, the Tax Manager / Senior Manager providing federal and state tax compliance, accounting and advisory services to real estate clients, including supervisory and mentoring skills and experience. Responsibilities: The Tax Manager / Senior Manager will: Consult with clients regarding tax and business matters Proactively deliver exceptional client service in a timely, professional, and accurate manner Lead and plan client engagements Provide tax planning and savings opportunities to the client Identify opportunities to provide additional consultative solutions and services that will provide value to the client Assist with all areas of client engagement regarding staffing, billing, and engagement economics Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of Tax experience Bachelor's Degree Proficient software and Microsoft Suite skills. Demonstrated leadership, project management, communication and analytical skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized
