Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Mason, OH Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: $19 - $22 per hour Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our clients team in Mason, Ohio. This is a contract-to-hire position offering a competitive hourly rate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: Process and verify invoices for payment. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. Assist with month-end closing activities. Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
