Job Description Reporting to the Process Engineer, you will join and support the growth of the fermentation department, which is a high-industrialized department. Your main duties are the following: Conduct general studies in process improvement and production optimization including: ensuring microbiology performance, follow-up of raw material and energy ratios, miscellaneous KPIs monitoring Conduct the streamlining operation: follow and improve operators' load, production logs/checks, cleaning activities, and ergonomics, ... Review and update needed SOPs in the department, Support all department projects (plant cleaning and Lean initiative projects) Assist in the optimization of processes and production studies Support for implementation and analysis of Databases As key contact support for all process stakeholders, you work in straight collaboration with other departments like engineering and maintenance. Qualifications Education & Experience: Graduated in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, you achieved your first relevant experience in a food/feed or pharmaceutical plant. Knowledge of P. I System Tool will be really appreciated. Skills: Ease with handling databases and appetence for numbers, Fluency in English is required, Excellent verbal and written communication, Engaged and resourceful, Versatility, team spirit, and ability to support, Adherence to the plant values: professional, dedication, respect, pride, responsible Additional Information Contract Duration : 18 months.
