Major Goals and Responsibilities : Translating project backlog/user stories into software applications that meet business goals. Providing technical support for software applications. Enhancing low-code solutions with custom development. Documentation of software applications delivered. Participate enthusiastically in all aspects of the Scrum process. Maintaining 120 hours of billable Professional Services monthly. Requirements Products and Services : Enterprise Content Management solutions. Hyland OnBase and Tungsten Automation Enterprise software platforms. Generative Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Automation. Create custom API integrations with customer's line of business applications. Configure workflow and low-code applications. Essential Activities : Estimating, designing, developing, and testing complex software and developed software applications- 60% Communicating with internal project team and customers throughout the product lifecycle- 30% Documentation- 10% Behavioral Characteristics, Attitudes, and Skills Required: Ability to work in a Pair Programming environment Ability to focus on technical tasks assigned and overcome distractions Ability to effectively communicate in client meetings Ability to deal with unique or complex situations Concentration on detail work Critical thinking and problem solving Ingenuity to create new ideas Reflect positive culture Steadiness to follow an established work pattern Vision to plan ahead Must be able to work full-time Must be professional on phone, email, on-screen, and in-person meetings Must be able to be stationary at a computer for long periods of time Primary Contacts: For Prosource: Director of Professional Service Sr. Project Manager Project Manager Sr. Solution Architect Software Developer Solution Engineer Sr. Solutions Engineer Enterprise Architect Technical Support For Client: Project Manager Business Owner(s) Information Technology Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience with 4 years of hands-on experience in design or development of data solutions, integrations and applications. Experience with C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with supporting Microsoft Windows Platforms. Knowledge of network architecture and security. Firm understanding of standard software development patterns and practices. Experience with Scrum and Agile processes. Valid Driver's license. Toughest Part of the Job: 7-month training time to complete Hyland OnBase and Tungsten Automation certifications. Managing time and focus across multiple projects, staying on task and within scope with evolving requirements, priorities, and deadlines. Compensation Methods, Compensation Range (low to high) and Advancement Opportunities: The compensation is based on minimum acceptable 120 hours of billable Professional Services. Yearly compensation between $70k-$80k year (includes bonus). Opportunities are provided to increase technical skill levels (i.e.. vendor training, new products, business process and core competencies) as well as improving oral and written communication (i.e.. customer relations, seminars) thus by increasing the personal income the Professional Services Solutions Developer person can earn. Advancement Opportunities to develop skills elevating to a Sr. Solutions Architect or Enterprise Architect. Yearly compensation between $100k-$130k year (includes bonus). Advancement Opportunities to participate in Leadership meetings and decisions guiding business growth. The ability to work remotely is at the manager's discretion.
