Restoration Supervisor

Immediate Opening for a Restoration Supervisor! Our client is a well-established restoration and reconstruction services company that is looking to expand their team. They offer full benefits, regular OT to increase your earnings, and they will pay for certifications to increase your hourly rate! Responsibilities: -Management and delegation of Technicians and general Laborers, and temporary workers -Train and coach Technicians -Conduct quarterly performance reviews with team leads -Participate in the hiring process -Help approve hourly employees" timecards on a weekly basis -Participate in weekly staff meetings -Responsible for Resource Management of the following: o Movement, care, and inventory of contents in the warehouse and on jobsites o Tracking of assets (equipment) o Dispatching of Technicians (if needed) o Vehicle Maintenance Job Requirements Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED required * Customer Service Experience * Experience with restoration * Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents * Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face * Frequently will lift up to 50lbs * Ability to safely operate a company vehicle #ZRBC
