Job Description Title: Electric Engineer (Gas Projects) Location: Position is fully REMOTE Description Engineer that has electrical and controls engineering for natural gas facilities projects. What You'll Do: • Electrical and Controls engineering for Natural Gas Facilities projects • Initiating and maintaining extensive contracts to ensure consistent engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and technological advances • Responsibilities include o Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) compliance and design o grounding system design, o wiring design and implementation, o electrical diagram and schematic designs o P&ID design • Leadership responsibilities to include technical development and mentorship Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred • 3 + years of experience in electrical engineering within gas facilities or related industries • EIT or Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred • Experience with communication protocols, instrumentation, and controls systems • Effective communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with ETAP, SKM for Arc Flash studies • Extensive SCADA knowledge • Extensive working knowledge of NFPA 70 - National Electric Code (NEC) • Knowledge of command and feedback signals #InUT Meet Your Recruiter Kellie Miller Kellie Miller is a dedicated Technical Recruiter specializing in the Commercial Division.
