PACO GROUP INC. Is seeking a Data Governance & Information Manager for the Enterprise Asset Management Division. RESPONSIBILITIES: For all activities below, independently manage and deliver projects as agreed upon with the Senior Program Manager. As relevant and where directed, develop project plans and schedules, define milestone deliverables, and report on progress and risks to the Senior Program Manager. Collaborate with the EAM Data Team and EAMD leadership to ensure data governance projects align with the EAM Program Roadmap and the Asset Data & Information Strategy. As relevant and where directed, manage project teams/consultant groups delivering EAMDdata governance projects. Lead the management of master data within the ADS and ARID platforms. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the ADS and ARID to ensure efficient master data management operations. Collaborate with the ARID and Enterprise Maximo Platform (EMP) maintenance teams and subject matter experts to drive innovative solutions that enhance and mature master data management capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure master data accuracy, consistency, and strategic utilization. Ensure standards continue to reflect stakeholder business needs. Ensure standards are appropriate for the data domain. Identify opportunities to improve the value of core data assets. Develop or augment data governance policies, procedures, or tools. Serve as the responsible party and point of contact for the ADS Change Request process. Led evaluation team through the voting process for ADS Change Requests. Analyze the impact of a proposed change and relay information to the evaluation team. Assist in action plan development for approved ADS Change Requests. Perform periodic compliance checks to monitor and control system (i.e., EMP) compliance with master data standards found in the ADS and ARID. Identify opportunities for expanding the use of EAM Program data and/or data standards assets to improve data interoperability and asset life cycle management, such as, but not limited to, data integration among Maximo, GIS, and BIM platforms. Conducted data discovery interviews and workshops to collect business data processes with business and IT stakeholders. Prepare and communicate integration strategies and plans. Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data synchronization between EAM data/systems and other agency systems, databases, and applications. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in business management, Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science, Engineering, Operational Analysis, Project Management, or other related areas. (Substantial relevant professional experience in the field of asset management, performance management, or data analytics may be considered in place of a bachelor's degree). The consultant must obtain any necessary security clearance(s) and sign any non-disclosure agreements, which the Authority will provide. PREFERRED SKILLS: Demonstrated project management expertise. Superior oral, written, presentation, and deck-building skills. Proven problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer management skills. Experience working cross-functionally with effective communication at all levels, including executive-level communications. Demonstrated hands-on experience in master data management, governance, and modeling principles. Proficiency in data analysis, particularly within the transportation sector. Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel and Business Intelligence software. Ability to "zoom in" to understand the EAM Program and system utilization while also being able to "zoom out" to tell compelling stories that present simple opportunities for business transformation. Working knowledge of maintenance and asset life cycle management. Knowledge of data pipeline tools and scripting/programming languages. Intellectual curiosity to learn new things and look deeply at data for insights. Ability to independently drive innovative solutions. Working knowledge of Port Authority policies related to on-site work. Type of work Full-Time- On-site. Location On-site working days at the Port Authority's 2 Montgomery facility at 2 Montgomery St. in Jersey City, NJ. Working at the Authority sites and offices other than 2 Montgomery may be required by the Authority as necessary. Salary Rate $72.00-$75.00 Per hour. Commensurate with experience. Work Hours Work hours will be flexible; however, a typical workday runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. And, if the Authority requests, the Consultant's work hours and/or days must accommodate the traffic and/or tenant operational requirements.
