Shift Supervisor

We're seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll: Manage the Lodge Diner, the Grand River Deli, Little Caesars, Sweet Ride, Room Service, the Assembly Line Buffet, all pop-up restaurants, and the Associate Dining Room. Create Associate schedules. Greet guests and ensure high quality guest service. Ensure health and safety compliance. Maintain equipment and stock. Control costs while working within a budget. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: High volume fast food or restaurant experience, in a leadership role, required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. High School diploma or GED required. Conflict solving and leadership skills are necessary. Computer literacy, including functional knowledge of Excel and Word.
