Optalis Dearborn Heights Housekeeping Laundry Supervisor As a Housekeeping Laundry Supervisor You will be part of our team whose liveliness, imagination and communication are valued and rewarded. Housekeeper/ Laundry Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities includes but are not limited to Adherence to relevant infection control processes. Maintain a clean & safe work environment in compliance with State & Federal laws & regulations. Follow Facility policies & procedures. Attend required staff in-services. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Ability to think and work independently and with direction and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. High School graduate or equivalent. Current identification. Experience: Prior experience in long term care is preferred. Minimum of 2 years Management Experience. Prior experience with Isolation / Infection control is preferred. Scheduling for employees in the Department. Payroll Experience a Plus.
