Cadence supports many of the largest food/beverage manufacturing companies with facilities located southeast region of the United States by providing them with parts and equipment made by the leading sanitary process equipment manufacturers. When you join Cadence Technologies as a Project Administrator, you are joining a team that will challenge you and position you for growth. In this role, you will work with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, subject matter experts and the senior leadership team to provide the latest information associated with active projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate updates from key contributors on projects to ensure transparency with leadership regarding risk and financial position on projects. Support Manager of Operational Excellence with collecting updates and summarizing for review by senior leadership team. Maintain structure in organization of network storage folders and shared mailboxes. Support Manager of Operational Excellence by reviewing reports to ensure accuracy and error proofing. Identifying inquiries from engineering teams and ensure successful transfer of ownership to the technical specialists. Coordinate requests to/from engineering teams and technical specialists to ensure required information is provided in a timely and complete manner. Act as the "first pass" to rectify various accounting issues, such as past due invoices, invoice discrepancies, purchase requests, etc. Drive project success by collaborating with engineering, inside sales, service and leadership to ensure timely completion of mission critical tasks. Data entry to database for audit information collected from the field. Escalate topics to leadership to resolve mission critical issues. Provide general operational support to inside sales team and field service team. Ad-hoc projects or responsibilities depending on organizational needs. QUALIFICATIONS: Detail oriented, highly organized, strong multi-tasking and time management skills. Take ownership of responsibilities and assigned tasks. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-sufficient and self-motivated. Thrives in a team environment. Passion for process improvement and personal development. Experience with Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance. Ability to communicate across many facets of an organizational structure. Proficient in Computing and Application computer skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: One year of experience in an administrative, operational or analytical role. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE BS or BA degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar field a plus. TRAVEL 0% to 10% - Regional travel to customer facilities, manufacturer training and general client support.
