Responsibilities: * Provide physical care to patients suffering from acute and chronic diseases and conditions. * Provide physical therapy interventions to strengthen muscle, bones, and joints. * Evaluate patient/client medical history, diagnose symptoms/conditions, and develop a treatment plan. * Conduct patient/client screenings to assess functional abilities, provide medical education and counseling, and monitor progress of patient/client status. * Ensure that patients/clients receives services in a timely manner.
