We need a Cybersecurity Training Lead role for a Proposal position. Position: Cybersecurity Training Lead Location: Springfield, VA Position Type: Proposal Clearance: Secret Description Manage all aspects of training for Enterprise cybersecurity training. Manage all aspects of training for MGMT-HQ Cybersecurity training needs as specified in the task. Sufficient corporate authority to direct, execute, and control all contractor staff and its subcontractors providing support services. Responsible for monitoring the performance of staff for the assigned task area. Responsible for monitoring the quality of deliverables for the assigned task area. Provide the support needed to manage all aspects of delivery of the CISOD Cybersecurity training support services defined in this Task Order (TO) SOW. Training support activities include, but are not limited to: project planning, content development, instructional design, training tool support, status and problem reporting, and administrative support. Consult with Cybersecurity specialists and other SMEs to gain topical content for training development. This includes coordination, planning, scheduling, and administrative efforts. Administer the designated Cybersecurity Training delivery application. Engage in regular and ad hoc communications with stakeholders and end users, such as email, training support inquiries, and other in-person or written communications. Provide support in preparing Cybersecurity Awareness and Training briefings, reports for senior management, and policy updates. Develop Cybersecurity Training modules and provide subject matter expertise on blended training development (including online training development) using Government provided tools, (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Adobe Pro, Adobe Premiere Rush, KnowBe4, etc.). Ensure Cybersecurity Training modules are 508 and SCORM Compliant. Develop and maintain Cybersecurity Training Program-related Handbooks that are professionally written and grammatically correct. Collect, analyze, and compile program-level Cybersecurity Training performance metrics to evaluate and document compliance. Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of Social Engineering exercises. Support CISOD in the development, communication, and execution of Cybersecurity Training and awareness program's strategy. Engage in regular and sustained client interaction, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communication. Engage with technology and business stakeholders and serve as a liaison. Assist with the coordination, planning, and management of Cybersecurity Training Working Groups and Integrated Project Teams (IPTs). Conduct research to support Cybersecurity Awareness and Training Branch activities and efforts. Plan, coordinate, and assist with the development of cybersecurity videos as requested. Develop material for Cybersecurity Awareness Month and support activities as required for HQ and the Enterprise. Assist with the collection, consolidation, and analysis of data calls. Update relevant Cybersecurity Training SharePoint sites, to include ensuring that the latest artifacts are uploaded, and links are functional. Deliver all requested work products by agreed upon due dates and deadlines. Assist with the establishment and enhancement of the DHS Information Technology Academy and IT Immersion Program (DHS Enterprise IT Academy). This may include coordination, planning, scheduling, and administrative efforts, as well as curriculum and content development, and instructional design. Develop training materials based on Federal and Department-wide cybersecurity policies and standards, strategies, and frameworks to include the Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST Artificial Intelligence (AI) RMF, Machine Learning, Robotic Processing Automation, SELC, Secure Development and IT Operations and the Cybersecurity Acquisition Lifecycle (Cyber ALF). Cultivate a cyber-aware environment by enhancing Annual Refresher CSAT with real-world scenarios and case studies (HQ CSAT Program). Develop Role-based Training Courses (Role-based Training Team). Expand the HQ Social Engineering Program (HQ Social Engineering Team). Identify and develop additional Role-based Training Minimum Standards (Enterprise CSAT Program).
