Barista Manager

We are looking for a hardworking, passionate and empathetic manager to lead a large team in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate has extensive specialty coffee knowledge and the confidence to lead a high-volume coffee bar both creatively and consistently. Leadership/training experience is a MUST as you will be scheduling, hiring and training a barista staff of 10-15 people on a regular basis. Responsibilities for this role include: Restaurant floor management (counter service + table service) Coffee program management Hiring and training baristas Updating menus Creating DELICIOUS signature beverages to be made across all locations. (changes seasonally) Creating and implementing standard operating procedures to accommodate ever-changing restaurant needs Giving and receiving direct feedback with kindness, dignity and respect. Working collaboratively with owners, managers and FOH staff Ordering supplies and ingredients for the coffee department on a daily basis Maintaining a highly organized space
