Job Description: The Practice Controller provides accounting and finance support for Titan Healthcare Partners (OneOncology affiliated medical practice)Working closely with OneOncology's VP Finance & Corporate Controller this position is responsible for monitoring the practice's financial performance and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures. The Practice Controller will have a proven record of leading an accounting team through growth, change, plans, organizes, directs, and control functions in this geographic area and reports operations results. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy : Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and financial stability. Budgeting and Forecasting : Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working with department heads to establish budgetary guidelines and monitor performance against the budget. Financial Reporting : Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and external stakeholders, summarizing key financial metrics, risks, and opportunities. Cash Flow Management : Manage cash flow and liquidity, making recommendations for investments, financing options, and capital allocation. Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering professional growth and development. Mergers and Acquisitions : Collaborate with senior leadership in evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic financial initiatives. Business Development : Responsible for Business Plans and related pro formas for new services, programs or sites. Contract Management : Manage and oversee financial aspects of contracts and partnerships, including negotiations and compliance. Financial Liaison : Acts as a financial interface with physician and executive leadership between physician practice and MSO partner of practice. Physician Compensation : Establishes/maintains a physician management system including physician compensation, and benefits administration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field CPA Proven experience as a financial leader in the healthcare industry, with a strong track record of success in senior finance roles. Extensive knowledge of healthcare finance, including reimbursement methodologies, regulatory compliance, and third-party payer relations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic financial decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders. Experience with financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP, financial modeling, data analytics). Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
