Senior Electrical Engineer (Power Distribution & Power Generation) Our client has a newly open position on their Engineering team for a Sr. Electrical Engineer to handle the power distribution and power generation for the site. This will include leading and managing the design, development, reliability and improvement of the industrial electrical power systems. You will play a key role in the following for electrical systems: Design & Development Systems Integration Project Management Testing & Commissioning Maintenance/Reliability support Safety & Compliance Documentation & Reporting Continuous Improvement Requirements: Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related 5+ years of experience with power distribution/generation systems such as low, medium and high voltage. Knowledge and understanding of codes and standards (IEC, NEC, etc). Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills Good interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across company lines Experience with design software such as CAD Background in manufacturing, chemicals, oil & gas, utilities, etc. Ability to ~30% to other plant sites for support The company is offering a competitive salary, a strong annual bonus, paid time off, good benefits and relocation.
