IT Project Manager - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Business Leaders and IT Teams: Set the direction for project requirements, designs, and schedules. Lead and Manage Projects: Ensure project completion by guiding team members and removing barriers. Engage Stakeholders: Manage expectations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle. Mitigate Risks: Identify and take actions to reduce project risks. Quick Learner: Stay current with new business functionalities and IT industry trends. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Leadership Experience: Minimum of five years leading professionals and projects. Agile Expertise: Practical knowledge of scaling agile methods and/or Hybrid PM models. Agile Practices: Experience guiding teams on agile practices. Location: Home Office: Celina, Ohio. Flexible Work Area: Candidates within 180 miles of Celina will be considered. Initial training will require daily presence in Celina. Note: Sponsorship for work authorization for foreign national candidates is not available for this position.
