Effective communication skills. Basic math abilities. Job Duties: Order food and supplies for all buildings. Keep freezer shelves organized and kept in date order. Work directly with Food Van Driver to ensure timely deliveries. Make sure frozen food is ready for delivery to all buildings. Communicate with buildings to ensure they have all necessary items. Secure substitutes when needed. Maintain cleanliness of storeroom and cooler. Fill in for and assist Head Cook as needed. Report all necessary maintenance issues to the Food Service Coordinator. Any other tasks assigned by the Food Service Coordinator.
