Call Center Representative

Description Thompson's Call Center Representatives create the first impression for our customers. They must have a friendly, helpful voice in order to set the stage for great service! Competitive pay! Job location in Willow Grove PA 2 week initial training located in Doylestown PA Responsibilities: • Handle outbound and incoming service calls and questions • Set service appointments and follow-up visits using an online scheduling system • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chats • Alerts customers to vehicle alerts regarding oil life, tire rotations, recalls, routine maintenance, etc. • Develop strong, positive relationships with service departments in order to create a seamless customer experience Qualifications: • Excellent customer service skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Confidence in your ability to be successful • Ability to listen and think quickly and offer solutions/suggestions to customer needs • Strong computer and phone skills • Knowledge of online scheduling systems a plus • Automotive knowledge a plus but not required Working for Thompson means you're a part of the family.
