The Impact You Will Have The Senior IT TSA Manager will oversee the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) operations within the IT department reporting to the CIO and with a matrix reporting line to the Transition Office. This role is critical in ensuring that IT services are delivered effectively during transitional periods, such as mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures. The position is limited to a two-year contract. Some of your specific responsibilities could include: Manage and coordinate IT TSA activities across various workstreams, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. IT delivery from Allianz Technology covers a TSA annual project volume of USD 25mn. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Allianz Technology and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery during TSA period of the M&A transaction. Oversee the process for change requests and IT enhancements in all IT systems , ensuring alignment with contractual obligations of TSA structure of M&A deal and IT strategy of Allianz Group. Monitor the performance of IT services provided under the TSA against agreed SLAs and address any issues Develop and maintain detailed project plans, reports, and documentation related to TSA activities, especially for IT change requests Leadership oversight of all IT Operations services contractual agreement to include but not limited to: monitoring for adherence to contract, monitoring vendor performance (service level agreements, quality, etc.), security metrics and compliance, projects, and process improvements. Manage escalations and dispute resolution within SLA periods, including negotiate existing contract Changes and pricing as needed and appropriate, and oversight of volume forecasting. Manage a team of IT professionals in Allianz Technology that are involved into IT TSA delivery (volume around USD 25mn), providing guidance and support to achieve TSA objectives. Responsible for managing internal and external teams; would have 2 project managers, as well as 3 teams within Allianz Technology. Responsible for day-to-day management, development, and delegating work, tasks, and topics. What You'll Bring to the Role Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior IT management role in an insurance company. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and support services. Experience in IT related merger and acquisition activities Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams. Proven experience in managing IT projects within Allianz or in the context of mergers and acquisitions. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, productivity & steering, and agile transformation & change management. Familiarity with governance, risk & compliance, IAM governance, and workplace IT solutions. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments. The annualized base pay range for this role is $143,892 to $246,736. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package.
