They are looking for you , an experienced Immigration Attorney, to join their team and support their business immigration practice. What you get to do : Prepare and file non-immigrant (e.g., L, H, TN, O) and immigrant (e.g., PERM, EB-1, I-485) petitions and applications. Work closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and supervising attorneys. Stay updated on the latest immigration law developments and contribute to publications. Participate in internal training and monitor case activity for compliance. What you need to succeed : JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business immigration law. Strong organizational skills and experience with immigration databases.
