Call Center Representative

At McCluskey Chevrolet, you'll have the opportunity to drive your career to new heights or simply enjoy your work experience at your own pace.  Schedule:  Sunday's are a must 10-6 2 nights 12 to 9 ( Monday's and Wednesday ) Preferably Open to rest of the schedule  A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages and responds to all incoming internet leads within seven days, converting them to in-dealer appointments. Handles all online chats for automotive inquiries, aiming to convert inquiries to in-dealer appointments. Responds to all dealer funnel SMS messages, converting these leads to in-dealer appointments. Schedules appointments for all leads and inquiries efficiently and accurately. Builds and maintains relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.  Follows up with potential customers to encourage sales and address any concerns or questions. Logs customer notes and follows up on leads. Contacts customers based on current marketing initiatives. Meets sales targets and goals set by the dealership. Provides excellent customer service throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Performs all other duties as assigned.
