Title: Associate Director, Enrollment Communications Agency: Enrollment Management-80 Location: Radford FLSA: Exempt/ Not eligible for overtime Hiring Range: Up to $70,000 depending on experience Full Time or Part Time: Full Time Additional Detail Job Description: As part of the admissions communications team, this position will have the following responsibilities for both prospective undergraduate and graduate communication efforts: Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive communications plans that support recruitment and enrollment goals, including managing and facilitating the review and approval process for marketing and communication deliverables with academic program clients. Design and maintain internal/external portals in collaboration with the admissions operations team. Lead creation of email and text marketing campaigns, including set up, configuration, and testing, through the Slate system with an eye to best practices and personalization through liquid mark-up and content blocks. Support design of social media/videos and print collateral in collaboration with the university's strategic communications team and campus partners. Ensure all style, content and messaging is aligned with university brand standards. Track and analyze the performance of individual messages and full communication plans. Support recruitment team in Slate-based outreach strategies and provide recommendations based on message and audience. Work with the Strategic Communications team and the university's advertising vendor to track leads generated through external ads into/through Slate to measure/report on those leads who ultimately enroll. Minimum Qualifications: Experience working with Slate or another CRM Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of conditional logic, liquid markup and query writing Experience planning and creating communication plans for a variety of audiences Exceptional written and communication skills and proven ability to multi-task Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player and independently producing high-quality results Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of campus partners and stakeholders Excellent time management skills Preferred Qualifications:
