Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the People and Governance Coordinator supports ADLM 's People and Governance department. In this position, the Coordinator will collaborate with ADLM 's staff and volunteers and provide administrative support to both areas. Responsibilities Include: Human Resources Support: • Administers ADLM 's HRIS database ensuring up to date information is available to employees. Serves as main point of contact with HRIS. Maintain HRIS records and run reports as necessary. • Processes bi-monthly payroll. • Administers benefits including adding/terminating benefits and reconciles benefits bills. Serve as liaison with benefits broker and staff to handle questions on coverage and billing. • Coordinates on-boarding and offboarding of new employees. Administers online on-boarding tool and serve as main point of contact for new employees. • Responds to information request including employment verification requests, and salary and benefits surveys. • Provides administrative support including processing invoices, scheduling meetings etc. • Works on special projects, as assigned. Governance Support: • Administers ADLM 's Governance webpages and database system. Updates governance webpages, organizes and uploads governance documents. • Supports Manager, Governance & Board Liaison with committee/volunteer management including assisting with ADLM 's Awards Committee. • Provides administrative support including submitting expense reimbursements, preparing for ADLM 's Annual Meeting, and providing logistical support for ADLM 's leadership visits and travel. Requirements • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in human resources or business-related degree or combination of work/educational experience in lieu of degree. • 1-2 years' work experience • Experience using a CMS or AMS preferred. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. • Strong attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience using MS office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint • Website editing skills preferred • Positive attitude and good sense of humor.
