ServiceNow Catalog Developer

Kforce has a client in Madison, WI that is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst for Catalog Request Management. They are developing catalog items for workflows and understand Flow Designer - they have a large backlog. The catalog request team has 2 FTEs and 1 contractor. This team is purely working on the catalog and work tickets in the cue for existing catalog items or new catalog items. This role is 100% remote, and it is possible for the contractor to go longer than 10 months. Responsibilities: Gives technical recommendation and works with solution architect to understand the business need and understand the business need of the customer - these ideas need to be approved. Gather requirements and talk to requestors and work through that backlog. Interfacing with developers and architects to make sure tickets and requestors will be taken care of Required Skills : * SNOW certification is a must have * CSA certification is at least needed * 2.5 years of experience is needed at least to understand catalog * Must have SNOW experience; Understand and develop catalog items in SNOW * Understand tables and distributed tables * API knowledge would be helpful but not required - most of that is done by the developer team * Experience with multiple systems and platforms is nice to have * At least mid level, but senior level would be excellent Basic Qualification : Additional Skills : Rank :C1 Requested Date :
