Controller

We are working with an Essex County, NJ based Construction client on a new Controller opening.Our client is a growing and stable company that currently generates 30- 50M annually in revenue.The Controller will report to the General Manager of the business and will oversee a staff of 5- 6 people. Responsibilities: Oversee all financial aspects of our construction projects Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Manage accounts payable and receivable Perform cost analysis and control Collaborate with project managers and other team members to support project success Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls, including managing the relationship with the external CPA firm. Required Qualifications: 7+ years financial/ accounting leadership in the Construction industry BS in Accounting Prior Sage or Timberline experience If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
