LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Grants Accountant Specialist to collect financial data for vendor invoices and prepare comprehensive invoice packets for grants. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with federal and state funding. This role is critical in maintaining the financial health of the organization and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with grant requirements. Responsibilities: Processing of 15-20 complex invoices monthly/quarterly/biannually. Travel & Expense (T&E) management. Pulling invoices and managing credit card expense portal. Reviewing and evaluating budget to actual expenses. Compiling and researching extensive invoice packets to ensure compliance. Liaising with grantors to reconcile outstanding payments. Utilizing Excel and QuickBooks for accurate record-keeping, including payment verification and credit card expense tracking. Supporting staff in budget approvals and ensuring indirect costs are appropriately managed. Coordinating events. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related financial role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required. QuickBooks and experience highly preferred. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $60,000 to $70,000 and benefits may include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k, etc .
