Job Description Sterling Engineering is a growing staffing and engineering services firm that specializes in placing top talent in the U.S and Ireland. We have been working with a growing manufacturer of electric heaters on bringing in a Outside Sales Rep to work with customers in the East Coast to bring in a new book of business. *Salary is 100-120k, will be additional commission included *Company is known for its stability and tenure *Not A Managerial Role With Direct Reports *Role will be split between remote and travel Overview: Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Collaborate with the internal sales and manufacturing teams to develop customized solutions for clients. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve revenue targets. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Travel to customer locations within the assigned territory to conduct meetings and sales activities.
