Background Profile 10+ years in automation equipment design with 5+ in leadership. Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO processes. Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. BSE, (MSEE preferred) Six Sigma Green Belt preferred Salary: 145-165K plus Bonus Travel: ~25% Remote: NO Relocation: Yes
